Securing the Service
Bookings can be established by personal contact with the Company’s Agents, by telephone to any of the phone services available, via. written messages through surface mail, facsimile or electronic mail. We guarantee to respond to every such inquiry or order promptly and courteously.
Confirmation of the arrangements entered into will revolve around the making of a deposit on the Payment or in-full Payment, depending on the nature of the service, but all designed to ensure the retention of the seat on the Coach for the Excursion. The details of the above arrangements will vary with the kind of Service being sought and/or offered, and will be determined in consultation at the time of answering the Inquiry.
Payment of Deposits/In-full Settlements
We may receive payment for a Passage (Seat) or Charter by
  • Cash
  • Personal Cheque/Money Order
  • Direct Crediting to Our Bank
  • Electronic Transfer of Funds to Our Bank
Deposits Against Account Settlements
Usually would apply for charges raised, on Invoices, for Charter Service Fees where the entire Coach is required for a Group Excursion to cover the transfer of the group between specific addresses, either only one-way or both ways, local and in the one day; and more especially, though, for whole Coach Assignation to a multi-day Excursion, i.e., covering such distances as can not be expected to be accomplished in a single day, or for long distance Charters like Holidays (Group) Interstate or Extended Touring Packages.
The amount represented in the deposit would be subject to arrangement at the time of inquiry, but usually not less than 20% of the full amount. The deposit should be lodged within a week of stating the intention to book the Coach, or the seat as the case may be, to ensure the retention of the facility for the purpose.
Charters And Holiday Tours
Charges raised, either for the whole Coach, or for seats on a Tour, shall be expected to be settled in full two weeks prior to the departure date of the excursion. Tours, the price of which includes for the provision of venue admissions, meals, over-night accommodation etc., shall be expected to be settled in full three weeks prior to the departure date of the excursion.
Pre-Defined Day Tours Subscribed By The General Public
Passage seats on these types of excursions are not subject to the payment of a deposit, but shall be expected to be settled within a week of making the booking, but at latest on the day of the Tour and on a cash basis.
