Barossa Valley Wineries Tour
South Australian wine is known all around the world over for its excellent quality. Echidna Tours offers you the chance to visit some of the wineries of the Barossa Valley, enjoy a wonderful lunch and see some of the region's other attractions, all in air-conditioned comfort and at a great price.

This is our most popular tour and is ideal for back-packers, families, group outings, and particularly interstate and overseas visitors to South Australia.

We generally require bookings to be made one week in advance, however, depending on the time of year, cancellations and how busy we are, we may have vacancies any time, so call today and find out!

Yaldara Estate - Barossa Valley winery

For just $69 per person, the tour includes the following:

• Hotel/ motel pick-up and return
• The picturesque Torrens Gorge
• The biggest Rocking Horse in the world!
• The softwood forests of the Mt Crawford region
• The Barossa Reservoir's 'Whispering Wall'
• A sumptuous midday meal with a glass of wine or soft drink
• Yaldara Estate to taste McGuigan Wines in the magnificent Chateau
• Visits to three wineries, to sample Wines and Meads at their cellar-door
• A photo shoot at Mengler Hill lookout overlooking the whole valley
• A visit to Angas Park Fruits, a dried fruits packaging factory and sales outlet

The tour runs any day of the year except Good Friday & Christmas Day, leaving the city at 9:15 am and returning, via a different route, by 5:30 pm. We are also happy to plan a trip around your needs, (including other times) for groups to exclusively patronise the tour. We reserve the prerogative to operate with numbers of Patrons attaining our Minimum requirement.
